Understand the rules, warranties, and responsibilities governing our automotive services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing, accessing, or scheduling services through CARZ9 (operated from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform or booking services through our network.
2. Vehicle Servicing & Diagnostic Estimates
All service inspections and digital health checks conducted at CARZ9 certified hubs are subject to the following provisions:
- Preliminary Quotes: Price estimations generated online or over phone consultations are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed following in-person physical multi-point inspection and customer sign-off.
- Additional Repairs: If latent damages or worn parts are detected during service, work will proceed only upon explicit customer authorization via digital notification or phone confirmation.
- Vehicle Delivery: Vehicles will be handed over solely upon full clearance of outstanding invoices. Test drives are mandatory prior to delivery sign-off.
3. Warranty on Parts & Labor
CARZ9 stands behind its workmanship and parts reliability:
- OES / OEM Spares: Covered under manufacturer-backed warranty periods (typically 6 months / 10,000 km, whichever occurs earlier).
- Labor Workmanship: We provide a 30-day or 1,000 km guarantee on general periodic service labor.
- Exclusions: Warranty is void if the vehicle undergoes subsequent third-party tampering, unauthorized mechanical alteration, or competitive motorsport usage.
4. Valuables & Liability
Notice to Customers: Customers are urged to remove all personal belongings, cash, electronics, and valuable items before handing over vehicle keys. CARZ9 and its franchise branches accept no liability for loss of personal property left inside vehicles.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with CARZ9 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
